- The club registrar cancels the club item; the governing body rules apply on their own: the provincial and district fees are refunded, the national fee is kept, the club refunds its item, all to the same card (step 6).
- The club asks for the national fee back as an exception; it goes to Canada Soccer only, which approves it in Finance › Refunds; each action is in the audit trail (step 7).
