1. The professional club registers a player in a professional category

Riverside FC is flagged professional by Canada Soccer, so the Professional category shows for it. The form takes the ClubTrainingCategory (step 1). Save starts the FIFA check.
FIFA answers that the player holds an active registration with another member association (step 3).
